My name is James Freeland.  I majored in Mechanical Engineering at Oregon State University with high aspirations and a fascination for anything technology.  I am a heavy reader of science fiction novels and love a good story be it in book form, movie, or video game. Because of this I decided to try my hand at writing as a hobby.  I started writing in high school and have continued since.  I am a participant in NaNoWriMo and am still a beginning writer, but I aspire to improve and create a universe of my own, right here.

This blog is a little place for me to express my ideas, inspirations, edits and excerpts for any and all to read and enjoy or give feedback on.  Feel free to browse and comment if you have a piece of advice or critique for me (of which I am continuously looking for), I will always respond back promptly if possible.

That said, please don’t copy, plagiarize or in general try to steal any of the content on this blog.  That’s just not being nice.  If you want to use any piece of my writing from this blog, let me know first.  More than likely, I’ll say yes.

Cheers and happy reading!
